Through your Canopy NWA Giving Account you can:

How do I claim my Pure Charity account so I can access my Canopy NWA Account?

Once you donate to Canopy NWA, an account is created for you on Pure Charity where you can manage your donations, pull end of year statements, and view fundraisers you have donated to, and more. To access your account, you will need to first “Claim Your Account” on Pure Charity.

When you originally donate, a message was sent to your email asking you to “Claim Your Account” with a prompt to create a new password. From this point on, you can use your email address and password to log in and out of Pure Charity to access your Canopy NWA giving account.

If you cannot find the email asking you to “Claim Your Account,” simply click the Login button on this page, and from there click to reset your password.

Once your password is reset, you will have access to your account.

How do I reset my password?

Step 1:

Click the “Login” button on this page to login to your Canopy NWA account on Pure Charity.

Step 3:

Insert the email address that you made the original donation under, and then click “Send reset instructions” and an email will be sent you that will allow you to reset your password and login.
