Job Club + Coaching
Clients are enrolled in a three-week job readiness course to prepare for the workforce. The employment team also provides job coaching, workplace orientation, and assistance with benefits enrollment.
Self-Reliance Plan
The Employment Team strives to create an all-encompassing self-sufficiency strategy tailored to the client's skills, abilities, and employment expectations. This approach assesses employability and aims to fulfill the objective of attaining early self-sufficiency.
Employer Networking
Our Employment team works to establish relationships with employers across NW Arkansas to encourage employment of clients and employer support of refugee and non-refugee clients.
