Survivor Services

Our program focuses on specialized case management and referral services to help survivors
access the resources they need to rebuild their lives. Services are free, confidential, and
individualized, designed to meet each person where they are.

Specialized Case Management

Case management for victims of trafficking is a trauma-informed service that provides survivors
with coordinated, personalized support to regain safety, stability, and autonomy. These services
address complex needs related to legal status, physical and mental health, safety, housing, and
social integration.
Case Managers work collaboratively with survivors to develop and implement personalized
service plans that reflect their unique experiences, needs, and goals. All services are delivered in
a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, ensuring respect for each survivor’s identity,
background, and rights.
