The Career Pathways (CP) program exists to help immigrants achieve their career goals in the U.S. Our aim is to help by connecting clients to mentorship programs, workshops, scholarship opportunities, apprenticeship, trainings, and employment opportunities in Northwest Arkansas.
This is a free program available to eligible individuals living in NW Arkansas.

- Clients must have been born outside of the U.S.
- Clients must have work authorization
- Clients must have access to transportation
- Clients must have scheduling availability to meet at least once per month with the CP staff to work toward career goals
- Clients must be highly motivated and actively participate in pursuing goals in their career plan

Volunteer Career Coaches play a crucial role in helping refugees and other newcomers build successful careers by equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in the workforce while boosting their confidence and independence. They are essential in the providing the following support.
- Assist clients in obtaining the necessary credentials, education, experience, and job skills to secure employment in professional and/or skilled career fields.
- Discuss appropriate career pathways and help create personalized career development plans, including resume assistance and interview preparation.
- Advise on necessary training and technical assistance, such as digital literacy.
