Arkansas’s Office for Refugees (AOR)

The Arkansas’s Office for Refugees (AOR) serves as the replacement designee for the State of Arkansas to provide services to refugee, aims to promote growth, integration, and self-sufficiency by providing financial, technical, and professional support to refugees and ORR-eligible populations and the local agencies providing resettlement services.
AOR will be responsible for the portions of the Refugee Resettlement Program previously administered by the State agency: Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and will retain its administration of Refugee Support Services (RSS).

This Request for Proposals seeks partners to deliver Refugee Support Services in Arkansas, promoting refugee self-sufficiency through employment, legal aid, case management, English instruction, and youth mentoring over one year.
